Mr. Potashnik is a skilled defense attorney who has represented numerous clients in New York and New Jersey. Before founding this firm, Mr. Potashnik was associated with a prominent New York boutique litigation firm that handled Federal and International Taxation issues, including IRS defense, Tax Fraud, Tax Evasion, IRS Litigation, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Mr. Potashnik then practiced as a successful solo practitioner in New York City before expanding his practice and founding Joseph Potashnik and Associates, PLLC.

Ms. Ehrenburg graduated from Yale University in just three years and has earned her law degree from Fordham Law School where she served as the Executive Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. Before joining our firm, Ms. Ehrenburg was associated with several prominent New York City litigation firms where she gained valuable experience in litigating state and federal criminal and civil cases as well as in administrative hearings, and appeals. Ms. Ehrenburg is admitted in New York and New Jersey state courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court for the District of New Jersey.
